Eastern New Mexico University held its surplus auction Saturday in the parking lot of Greyhound Arena. An array of miscellaneous items were being auctioned off because of age, items being replaced, or simply because the university had no use for them.
“Since we’ve got all this surplus property, we go ahead and sell it to the public,” said Lee Quick, theinventory control supervisor for ENMU.
